Prior to meeting Bob Adams in 2001, we were average Australians with three young children, working hard to pay a mortgage. Like thousands of others just like us, we were looking for a safe way to invest for the future.

There are a lot of different options that profess to help you achieve a financial security which made it all the more confusing as to which investment opportunity to choose. We were wary of unscrupulous property spruikers. When we first met Bob, we were expecting a hard sell presentation, but there was none of that. Bob shared information regarding where and how to create wealth through investment property. It was then up to us to follow up and make the first step. Bob showed us a logical and secure way to achieve this financial security and the accelerated wealth creation strategy through residential investment property we were searching for.

On the advice of Bob, we chose new or as new properties within a 10 -15 km radius of the CBD. These are in high demand, high growth areas that are attractive to tenants. They are low maintenance properties within close proximity to facilities such as shopping, schools, hospitals, transport and entertainment. With Bob’s help, we settled on our first investment property, a new three bed townhouse in March 2001 in Brisbane. Since then, we have accumulated a total of five investment properties, with our sixth on track for settlement in February 2010. Two of our earlier purchases in Brisbane have more than doubled in value. Our portfolio now consists of units & townhouses in Brisbane, a house and land package in Melbourne which has recently settled and we are in the process of purchasing a new 2 bed apartment in Melbourne off the plan. Investing in different suburbs and different Capital cities, has given us continual growth through diversification.

Bobs’ knowledge and expertise in property investment has been instrumental in taking our property portfolio from 1 – 6 investment properties and providing us with a pathway to an early and prosperous retirement. Without Bob’s advice and assistance we would be facing another 20 years before retirement with a meagre superannuation payout and pension. We will now have the option to “Pursue other interests” within the next three years.
